Refund Policy

At Bizveet, we want you to be satisfied with the services we provide. However, please note the following regarding our no-refund policy:

1. Subscription Payment

  • Non-Refundable: All subscription payments made for access to Bizveet services are non-refundable. Once the payment has been processed, it cannot be refunded, regardless of whether you continue to use the platform or cancel your subscription.
  • Renewal Policy: Your subscription will automatically renew every year unless canceled. We will send you a reminder email prior to the renewal date.

2. Account Termination

  • Termination Due to Violations: If your account is disabled or terminated due to violations of our Terms of Service or inappropriate content, no refund will be provided for any unused portion of your subscription.
  • Inactivity: If your account is deactivated due to inactivity (e.g., no login activity for 2 months), no refund will be issued.

3. Disputes

  • Contact Support: If you believe a charge was made in error or have any concerns about our no-refund policy, please contact Bizveet support. We will review the situation, but no refunds will be issued in accordance with the policy.
